Pricing
Three kinds of people hire us, and they should not pay the same way. A person learning to use AI, a farm with a broken website, and a plant testing AI on a production workflow are different jobs. Here is what each one costs, in one place.
No hourly billing · the price is the price · if we are not the right fit, we say so
Individuals
Learn to use AI well
- Northcoast AI Academy: free tools and practice for spotting when AI is wrong
- AI Exposure Check: a free read on where AI touches your work
- One-on-one help with a specific problem: quoted flat before we start, so you know the number first
Farms, independents, small businesses
Flat rates, done in days
- $150 flat: get a site back online, fix a bad redirect, correct listings pointing at a dead domain, set renewals up properly. Free check first.
- $99 a year: hosting, SSL, domain renewal, and a watch on the expiry date
- $500: a one-page site for a farm, stand or seasonal business
- From $895: a full small-business website, domain and first year included
- AI automation: starts with one small task, quoted after a short conversation
Manufacturers and industrial
Assessment first, then a fixed-price pilot
- $1,750 fixed: one onsite leadership session, a review of candidate workflows, a data-and-adoption check, and a written brief: pilot now, prepare first, or don't
- $4,500 fixed: a 30-day pilot on one real workflow, onsite, with your people (introductory fee for the first three; $6,500 after)
- $5,000 a month: ongoing engagement after a pilot, three-month minimum
- Process improvement beyond the pilot is scoped and quoted from the pilot's results, never blind
Prices are for Northeast Ohio. Larger or unusual projects are quoted in writing after we understand the job, and the quote is the number you pay.
Why it is set up this way
Small jobs get a flat price. Big jobs get a plan first.
Hourly billing on a $150 job turns it into a negotiation and makes you watch the clock. So small jobs are flat: you know the number, we do the work, and if there turns out to be nothing to fix, you pay nothing.
An industrial process is the opposite. Nobody can honestly price it from the parking lot, so we start with a short paid assessment that produces the plan and the real quote. You can take that plan anywhere; most people take it to us.
We do not publish invented case studies or borrowed testimonials, and we do not publish prices we would not hold to. If a number on this page changes, this page changes first.
