What it is

AI moved into your business faster than the controls did. Employees use tools you never approved, automations act on their own, keys get shared, and customer information ends up in places you can't see. An AI Security Review is a person sitting down with what you authorize us to look at and telling you, plainly, where the real exposure is — and what to do about it first.

  • Scoped and authorized. We look only at what you put in writing — your accounts, your automations, your repositories, your policies. Nothing more.
  • Read-only. We review; we don't attack, exploit, or change anything. This is not a penetration test.
  • Evidence-based. Every finding names what we saw and where. No hand-waving, no fear-selling.
  • Prioritized. You leave with a short list ranked by what actually matters, in language your team can act on.
  • Human-verified. A person confirms every finding before it reaches your report. We would rather say "we're not sure" than invent a problem.

Who it's for

This is the natural next step when a look at your own AI use turns up something worth a second opinion:

  • Your free AI Exposure Check flagged unmanaged automations, shared or unowned keys, or sensitive data in personal AI accounts.
  • A cyber-insurance renewal or a customer's security questionnaire is now asking about your AI controls, and you want a straight answer before you sign.
  • You're about to turn on an AI agent, website chatbot, or MCP integration, and you want someone to look before it goes live rather than after.
  • Something already happened — a confidential document went somewhere it shouldn't — and you want to understand the blast radius.

How it works

1. Free scoping call

Fifteen minutes. We figure out what's worth reviewing and what isn't, and we agree — in writing — on exactly what you're authorizing us to look at.

2. Fixed price, up front

You get a fixed-scope quote before any work starts. No open-ended hourly meter. If it's not worth doing, we'll tell you that too.

3. The review

We work through the authorized scope, read-only, gathering evidence as we go — how AI accounts are secured, what automations can touch, where data flows, what's exposed publicly, and how it all maps to the questions your insurer or customer is asking.

4. Your report

A prioritized, plain-language report: confirmed findings with evidence, honest unknowns marked as unknowns, and a 7-day / 30-day / 90-day fix plan. Yours to keep, whatever you decide next.

5. Help fixing it — optional

If you want a hand implementing the fixes, we can help. If you'd rather hand the report to your own team or MSP, that works too. No lock-in.

What it costs

AI Security Review

Fixed-scope — quoted before any work begins

You approve the price and the scope in writing after a free scoping call. Most first reviews are scoped somewhere between our Readiness Visit and 30-day Pilot — the range depends entirely on how much you ask us to look at.

No subscription. No monitoring you didn't ask for. One review, one report, one clear picture.

What this is — and isn't

An AI Security Review is a scoped, point-in-time, human review of a defined set of systems you authorize us to examine. It is not a penetration test, a red-team engagement, a compliance certification, a guarantee that your systems are secure, or continuous monitoring. We review only what you put in writing, we don't exploit or change anything, and we show our evidence. A clean review means we didn't find a problem in the scope we looked at on the day we looked — not that no problem exists. Anyone who promises more than that is selling you something we won't.

We reply about your request only. No newsletter, no sharing your information. This form is for scheduling — never send secrets through it.
