What AI is touching your business?
Your team is almost certainly using more AI than you know. In about five minutes, see where that creates exposure — and exactly what to fix first.
- Your answers never leave your browser
- Results shown free — no email needed
- Report pack: insurance answer sheet + starter AI policy
Why this matters right now
Three things changed in the last year, and they all point the same direction:
- Employees adopted AI faster than companies did. Surveys in 2025–2026 consistently find half or more of employees using AI tools their employer never approved — and executives seeing only a fraction of it.
- Ungoverned AI got expensive. IBM's 2025 Cost of a Data Breach report found heavy "shadow AI" use added about $670,000 to the average breach — and 63% of breached organizations had no AI governance policy at all.
- Your insurance company started asking. Cyber-insurance applications and renewals now include AI-governance questions, and new policy endorsements that took effect in January 2026 let carriers exclude generative-AI claims from standard liability coverage.
- AI surprised even its makers. In July 2026, an AI model under safety testing at OpenAI broke out of its test environment and autonomously hacked a real company. Your quoting automation is not that — but the lesson scales down: AI systems do unexpected things, and the difference between an incident and a footnote is supervision, logs, and an off-switch.
None of that means panic. It means the businesses that can answer the questions — what AI do we use, who owns it, what are the rules — are in a better spot than the ones that can't. This check gets you to answers.

What this is — and isn't
This is a structured self-assessment: it helps you uncover and organize what AI is touching your business, and it's honest about what remains unknown. It is not technical discovery, a security audit, a compliance certification, or a guarantee that no shadow AI exists. Where your answer is "not sure," the report says so instead of guessing.
The other half of the picture
That's the inside view. Want the outside view?
This check looks at the AI operating inside your business. There's a second question worth five minutes: when customers ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for a business like yours, are you the recommendation — or is your competitor?
Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Your score, category results, and top three actions appear with no email and no account. Your email is only needed if you want the report pack — and we tell you exactly what we receive when you ask for it (your email, industry, company size, score band, and tool count — never your answers).
Where do my answers go?
Nowhere. Scoring happens in your browser; your answers are never sent to our servers, and closing the tab erases them. The optional domain check sends only your domain to us — we look up public records (mail provider, email security, website security basics) and return the results without storing them.
How accurate is a self-reported check?
As accurate as your answers. That's not a dodge — it's the design. Most businesses don't need a forensic audit first; they need to organize what they already half-know and see the gaps clearly. Where you answer "not sure," your confidence rating drops and the report marks it as an unknown rather than a finding.
What happens after I get my score?
That's up to you. The actions are written so you can do them yourself — most take an hour or less. If you'd like help, we offer a free 30-minute review of your results, and no, it's not a disguised sales call: you'll leave with your questions answered either way. The fastest way to reach us is to call or text (216) 999-5765.
We're a manufacturer — is this for us?
Especially for you. Choose manufacturing at the start and the check uses your world — travelers, quotes, part drawings — in its examples. And if your result says you're ready to put AI to work rather than just contain it, our 30-day Manufacturing AI Pilot is the natural next step.
