Before a disagreement, have the AI make the other position's best case — not the version of it that's easy to beat.

Here's a position I disagree with: [position]. Make the strongest honest case for it — the version its smartest defender would make. Then list which parts of my own view it should genuinely make me reconsider.

Why it works

You can't answer an argument you've only met in weakened form. Engaging the strong version either changes your mind or sharpens it.
