Before committing to a plan, have the AI tell the story of how it failed.
Assume this plan failed badly a year from now. Tell the story of what went wrong — the three most likely versions. For each: the earliest warning sign, and one cheap thing I could do now to reduce the risk.
Why it works
Imagining failure as already having happened unlocks specifics that "what are the risks?" never surfaces.
Watch out
The stories are plausible fictions, not predictions. Use them to find warning signs worth watching, not to abandon good plans.
